Return Policy

Online: Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. we do not offer returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@thegoodcrispcompany.com with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of the product and packaging, and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order to be considered for a return.  

If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out via email to info@thegoodcrispcompany.com with your name and order number within 1 hour, and we will have this processed for you. 
 
In-Store: Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
